It's a project launched by SIMA, is a development of the projects developed under the IC New Dimension's series, over the past years and that have been promoted by SIMA too, and it s Co-funded by the European Union. This project, that has received a huge support from our partners all over Europe, joins in employers and trade unions. The main basis of this work is focused on the voluntary aspect, i.e., via the bilateral agreement/talks, to approach and develop mechanisms on I&C and participation towards the real implementation of Workers' I&C (efficiency and accomplishment measures); the introduction of workers' participation right mechanisms, in diverse aspects. It will also approaches the issue of transnational agreements as they can play a key role as form to integrate those measures and assure an immediate efficiency. This work will also approach the issue of new work forms (platform work, telework) and the I&C role on the development of such, as well to analyse how I&C can be a key element to also, in the future, be used as an instrument to adopt and develop key measures assuring that restructuring can succeed.
